For the past couple weeks or so, I've been staying up really late and had a lot of difficulty sleeping. Usually what I resort to is looking at whatever's on my phone in hopes to drift off to sleep, namely those that make me laugh. I've always considered myself to be a night owl, but it's at this point that feel like it's a rather unhealthy habit that's starting to take its toll on me. I felt like I needed to at least get something out of staying up late.

Much of the material recorded here was during the evening, although I had to keep things down so as to not disturb my neighbors. The first six tracks are more straightforward and simpler in execution, while the seventh and final track is an unconventional odyssey of noises drifting in and out of one another. Overall, I'm proud with what I came up with for the final result, and I hope that y'all enjoy it as well. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to sleep.
